Is it possible to include added Fields into Bulk Edit template ? so I can edite them from there.

Yes, just copy one of the existing columns and change the field name to the field you want to do.

What exactly did you do? Your template code must be wrong, because the PHP isn't aware of any particular fields, they're all considered custom.
