Auto detect state dropdown

Hi Paul,
I seem to have forgotten how to make the auto state drop down work properly.
For example, on the suggest link page, the users country will automatically be detected. However, the states field will not be populated. See attached.
How do I have the states drop down populated with the correct country's states/provinces?
I believe I paid for this before, I just do not know how to implement.
As for autoselecting the correct state, region handling with the GeoIP database can be unpredictable. When you place the template variable {THISMEMBERIPLOACATION}, what does it show? That should give an indication of whether and how it formats states for Thailand.

Enter the default country state list at Admin -> Settings -> Localization, and regions for additional countries using the tweak: scripts.webmastersite.net/w...r/state-selectors-566.html
