I would love to work with anchors in an article, but it does not work properly, it always opens a new page.

You can see on this page, the first text "Retour en haut de page":

What is the solution for it to remain on the page, as it should work?

The link is still a "target =" _blank ", even if I remove it from the configuration templates.

Instead of sending to the anchor, I tested with a URL and target = "_self" but it is replaced by target = "_blank".
