What do I modify in the "show images in category" template to limit the images displayed to only what the current member is allowed to see? It doesn't seem to be toplist-based.

What's the minimum code that needs to go into a custom template? I can't find that information in the online manual. I tried creating my own template which just has a toplist in it (a toplist to show all new images since the member's last visit), but all it does is parrot back the CONFIG code in the toplist, so I assume something essential is missing.

Placing limits on random image

I'm setting up a gallery in which there will be lots of art files stored by various artists. Some of the pictures will only be appropriate for viewers of a certain age. I've added some fields to the tables to reflect both the user's rating limit and the rating of the picture. How do I get the random image selector to select only images appropriate (i.e., if the user is a guest, only G-rated)?
