<title>sendqueuemail</title>
<description><![CDATA[Hello everyone,

My links site is very slow. My provider found out that it is the function sendqueuemail in the file commonfuncs.php that causes the trouble.

I&#039;ve added the lines:

echo &quot;start function: &quot;. date(&#039;Y-m-d H:i:s&#039;);

and

echo &quot;stop function: &quot;. date(&#039;Y-m-d H:i:s&#039;);

And it always takes about 2 minutes to get through this function. But this function is called through every page, so it&#039;s not workable.

this is my website:

www.ter.nl/links/index.php

Can anyone help please?

Cheers

<title>Executing Java Script in wrapper</title>
<description><![CDATA[Hi all,

I&#039;ve made a custom wrapper for one category and I&#039;ve put the following code in it (it&#039;s a banner exchange script):

script language=&quot;JavaScript&quot; type=&quot;text/javascript&quot; src=&quot;templates/default/terra.js&quot;/script

So I&#039;m referring to an external js-file, which contains the following data:

script language=&#039;JavaScript&#039; type=&#039;text/javascript&#039;
src=&#039;http://www.terraristik.com/phpads/adx.js&#039;/script
script language=&#039;JavaScript&#039; type=&#039;text/javascript&#039;

   if (!document.phpAds_used) document.phpAds_used = &#039;,&#039;;
   phpAds_random = new String (Math.random()); phpAds_random = phpAds_random.substring(2,11);

   document.write (&quot;&quot; + &quot;script language=&#039;JavaScript&#039;
type=&#039;text/javascript&#039; src=&#039;&quot;);
   document.write (&quot;http://www.terraristik.com/phpads/adjs.php?n
http://www.terraristik.com/phpads/adjs.php?n =&quot; + phpAds_random);
   document.write (&quot;&amp;what=zone:6&quot;);
   document.write (&quot;&amp;exclude=&quot; + document.phpAds_used);
   if (document.referrer)
      document.write (&quot;&amp;referer=&quot; + escape(document.referrer));
   document.write (&quot;&#039;&quot; + &quot;/script
//
/scriptnoscripta
href=&#039;http://www.terraristik.com/phpads/adclick.php?n=adf0b9ff&#039;
target=&#039;_blank&#039;img
src=&#039;http://www.terraristik.com/phpads/adview.php?what=zone:6&amp;n=adf0b9ff
&#039; border=&#039;0&#039; alt=&#039;&#039;/a/noscript

Apparently, the javascript won&#039;t execute when I integrate it in WSN Links.

The file permissions are set to 775 for the custom wrapper and the js-file. The js-file is in the right directory, so is the wrapper (I&#039;ve added the word &#039;test&#039; in the html-code and that does appear on my screen).

What could be the problem?

Thanks in advance!

Cheers

<title>Performance</title>
<description><![CDATA[Hi everyone,

I just bought, dowloaded and installed WSN Links on my server. I&#039;ve begun inputting data and I now have around 2333 links in 16 categories and I&#039;m experiencing that it&#039;s rather slow to load the pages.

I already contacted my provider and he told me that it seems like WSN is indexing pages several times (or indexing several pages one time, I don&#039;t know) each time you click on a category. This slows down the whole server and since there are also other people on this server, my provider isn&#039;t too happy with this. Because this website hasn&#039;t been officialy released yet. If, let&#039;s say, 30 people are surfing this site, it would slow down the whole server even more.

I&#039;ve already searched the options, but I can&#039;t find anything that could have effect on this. Do you guys know of an option I should change in the system? Is there something else I can do? Is there something my provider could change on his server that could cause this indexing thing?

BTW, this is the link to my directory:

http://www.ter.nl/links

Thanks in advance!

Cheers
