Social Bookmarking Type Function

A registered user of my site visits a website that he thinks should be in the directory. He clicks on a button on his ff/ie toolbar, he is authenticated/signs in and a form opens up prepopulated with the URL and the categories of my site.
Comments/Review Trouble

I recently upgraded to 4.0.9. I've gone around checking the functionality to make sure I haven't screwed anything up. Comments seem to be a problem.

I've made sure that the Member user group is set to allow comments.

When I went to try to leave a review and click on the "Reviews" (which used to go to a comments page) it brings me to the details page instead of the comments form. Is this working correctly?

I also notice that the displaylink.tpl file has the following at line 130 which is different from the syntax in my old version.

Any ideas why this isn't working?

IF SWITCH_COMMENTS}a href="LINKTHREADURL}"img src="templates/default/images/linktools_comments.gif" border="0" alt="Comments" Reviews (IF LINKCOMMENTSREAD}LINKNUMCOMMENTS}OTHERWISEbLINKNUMCOMMENTS}/b/IF)/a/IF

Server Migration Issues

I had my host migrate my site to another server so I could get PHP5 support for another app I'm using. The migration appears to have gone without a hitch. The WSNLinks site renders fine but when you click on a category the category pages come back blank. (see http://www.troutlinks.com/ and then click on any category)

I checked the config.php file to make sure everything is up to date and it looks fine.

Thoughts?

Additional Server Info
PHP Version: 5.2.0
Zend Engine Version: 2.2.0
MySQL Version: 5.0.27-standard
Server Type: Apache Webserver

Page Load Times

I purchased WSN a few months ago and have installed on my server and have been slowly adding content. I've noticed that right from the beginning the page load times were very slow and they've not gotten any better. I'm ready to actually start marketing my site and I can't stomach the page loads.

Any idea why page loads range from 20-30 seconds?

I've got a fairly vanilla installation (minor changes to the templates). I'm hosting with godaddy. Other sites seem to work okay. It's just this WSN installation.
