Is it possible to display links in root categories?

At the moment, I have found that this can be done for category 1.

Category 1
--- Category 2
----- Category 3

In the first category, links from category 2 and 3 will be displayed. But how to make category 2 display links from category 3 too.

P.S. A small error In the language file Russian.lng - remove unnecessary space in a variable.

[code]email_memsendinstructionssubject=|Платежные инструкции для Вашего SITETITLE(there is a space)} аккаунта|.[/code]

And in the file: displaylinks.tpl

It may be worthwhile to set conditions so as not to display an empty header (UX / UI) when the menu items are somehow hidden (no rights, etc.)

[code]IF CATCANSUBMITLINKS} or SWITCH_DENIALPAGE}... else ... if [/code]

In code:

[code]div class="toolscolumn"
div class="box panel panel-default bg-light"
div class="boxtitle panel-heading card-header bg-primary text-white" onclick="wsn_minmax('actionsbox')"FUNC_SHOWICON[cloud-upload]} h3 class="panel-title card-title"LANG_DISPLAYLINKS_ACTIONS}/h3/div[/code]

WSN Links - where can I read about the license?

Hello.
Besides this question, I have a few more. For the soul, I would like to return to the directories of sites that I was engaged in (and search engines) in 2000.

1. I would like to host a collaborative directory script on GitHub, is this possible?
2. I am not going to use a commercial scheme for the site. As noted above, now I just have a hobby.
3. Saving links to your site is guaranteed.
