Thumbshots.com Code Change | hai | Instead of thumbnails to the sites, I am seeing a message that says: IMPORTANT CHANGES VISIT THUMBSHOTS.COM Visiting Thumbshots.com, I found this page www.thumbshots.com/Product...mages/IntegrationCode.aspx which tells me that I have to update the code I use to pull the thumbnails. Will this be done in the next release or should I do it myself? Will you be doing this for my version (I'm running 6.2.41 now)? |

Where are the Theme Packages? | hai | I was wondering what happened to the theme packages you used to offer at scripts.webmastersite.net/w...resources/theme-packages/? I am linking to that page from one of my sites and would like to either update the link or remove it if you no longer offer them. Let me know. | Feb 03, 2012 - 12:50 PM | Paid Scripts Support |
feed breaking affiliate url | hai | The affiliate URL works fine on the site and in the top list, but on the feed (http://highaspirations.com/links/rssfeed.php), the URL is broken. For example, an affiliate URL as it appears on the top list: click.linksynergy.com/fs-bi....asp%253FEdpNo%253D1457210 The same affiliate URL in the feed: click.linksynergy.com/fs-bi....asp%253FEdpNo%253D1457210 Notice how all the ampersands (&) and the letter next to them have been stripped from the URL. Is there any way to fix this? |

Affiliate Feed URL invalid | hai | I was provided with the following rss feed by an affiliate program: rss.bigfishgames.com/rss.ph...etype=og&content=glrelease This feed works in both IE and Firefox, but when I try to add it to my directory, I get an error saying: That feed is invalid or unavailable. Please check the URL you supplied. Any ideas on what is going on and how I can get this feed added to my directory? |

localization time does not update | hai | I noticed my submission times were off by an hour so I went to the localization page to correct it, but it doesn't matter what I change the offset to it's always off by an hour. Doesn't matter if DST is checked or not. | May 15, 2011 - 2:38 PM | Paid Scripts Support |

Won't auto-upgrade to 6.0.25? | hai | All of a sudden I cannot update my copy of links either. I get the following message - Somehow we lack permission to copy to templates/admin/autoupgrade.tpl (this is a random test file, preumably the same story applies to other files). Since you have suPHP/CGI permissions shouldn't normally be an issue, but apparently they are here. Could files somehow have become owned by a different user? If you use multiple FTP accounts and have manually uploaded files from a different one than your base account FTP, that would create problems. This was never an issue before and we do not have multiple FTP accounts. This is on the same site you did the inspection for that rss feed issue recently. |

member template variable | hai | Hmm. Ok. Then something didn't update correctly. Checked my post bit template and since I hadn't made any changes I just reverted to default "just in case" and it's still giving me an empty url. | Apr 10, 2011 - 3:14 PM | Paid Scripts Support |
member template variable | hai | Hey Paul, I just updated to 6.0.22 today and it's still not working. I did catch that it worked for you before you deleted the link on the left. Was this update just not part of this most recent release? |
