Currently, the choices are: <option value="id">id</option><option value="ownerid">owning member id</option><option value="sortorder">sortorder</option><option value="time">submission time</option><option value="guestuuid">guestuuid</option><option value="rand()">random</option> Also: how does sortorder work from the user's point of view? Where would they sort their saved links so that the toplist for savedlinks shows the same order? I've tried sorting my sample saved links and that is not reflected in the toplist that I have set to auto refresh every so often. Thanks! |

| Insert Member's Latitude and Longitude | sparkalina | I'm trying to load an iframe for a weather widget and before I get too deep, I was looking into support and the KB to see if there was a variable we could insert into a url string to grab the latitude and longtitude of the member's/visitor's location so that a proper location was obtained for a weather map (in this example). This is my url string loaded inside the iframe: (currently set for NYC) embed.windy.com/embed2.htm...Temp=default&radarRange=-1 I see {MEMBERIPCITY} and {MEMBERIPCOUNTRY} are available but this is not helpful for this weather widget (which is the best imho), could you send me a quote or let me know if you plan on including lat and long as a variable in the future? | Vote / Rating "Can edit link rating votes" | sparkalina | I've set up my site with the Link Ratings with Comments checked. I'm able to submit and ratings with comment, but even though the user group has "Can edit link rating votes" checked for members and admin, I'm not seeing the edit rating link anywhere to place on my details page along with the person's comment. I've been searching the vote.tpl template but I see nothing related to editing said rating. Goal - to allow customers to edit their comments as if they were reviews. I'm using the discussion thread portion as literally that, it's not for reviews, just discussing the topic of the link/article that's in the directory. Thanks! edit: I did just make sure all the settings were correct in the link settings on the back admin. That did open up the edit fields again (empty fields but I can edit that to reflect the current info). However I noted the number next to the rating field on the toolbar went from 1 to 2 but there is only 1 rating/comment that's been made (by me). Wouldn't that still be a 1 since I'm just editing my comment/rating? Edit 2: I see that I can't show the edit comment fields with current information from my previous vote  . Maybe I'll just go back to my original idea of adding a rating field to the discussion threads and call those reviews and not allow replies. Any thoughts to making the vote/rating comments section robust like the discussion section? |

| Feature request | sparkalina | How hard would it be to add "download email logs" into a spread sheet so that the db could be cleaned up aka delete the logs? I realized once that I deleted the logs, and now I'm regretting that. Had I downloaded the logs and then cleared them out, I'd still have access to them. Just curious. Thanks! |

| Error on Index.php | sparkalina | Upgraded yesterday without issue, worked with the site after the upgrade then suddenly today I get this error on the home page of reellocations.com (It was reported to me) Fatal error: Cannot redeclare customattachformappends() (previously declared in /home/reelloca/public_html/dir/includes/addeditfuncs.php:8) in /home/reelloca/public_html/dir/includes/addeditfuncs.php on line 28 I tried going back one version of addeditfuncs.php with no success and placed the 8/24/2001 6.1.9 version back in the directory. I haven't touched the site since yesterday (upgrade to 6.1.9 and adding one link to the advanced search page). Odd. Trying to chase down the error while I wait for an email. Thanks! |

| Pagination - Categories | sparkalina | On ReelLocations, we have over 550 sub categories under cat# 59 Upon clicking any numeral page link for category pagination, the list remains the same. I'm not sure if this is related to the same issue we had for listings repeating themselves but I made sure to compare my code against the new templates in 6.1.2 and didn't see any difference other than aethetic. Any recommendations for displaying 550 sub categories such that it's not confusing to viewers (pagination of categories makes logistical sense but is somewhat confusing when there is pagination on the listings too) or makes it easy to choose on if we go with a top list (server heavy I'm sure)? |

All other required fields have done so, but no matter what I try, the variable 'email' doesn't. I just wondered if that field was different compared to others? | Equivalent variable for {LINKSAVEDBYCOUNT} | sparkalina | For saved lists, there's a variable stating how many people have saved the link called: {LINKSAVEDBYCOUNT} Is there an equivalent for albums such that a user could know how many times a link had been placed in an album? If not, could there be in the next version? |
