errno: 145 after adding new links |

Hi All,
I've only experience this over the last week with the 3.3.7.. all my demo sites running 3.3.7 seem to be getting alot of " #1016 - Can't open file: 'wsnlinks_links.MYD'. (errno: 145) " with MYSQL.
Is anyone seeing this?
It looks like my database is corrupted. Does anyone know of a way to restore the tables?
