1.) I'd like to charge PPC sponsored links, however rather on "tenths" of a cent eg. $0.001 or $0.0008
Is this possible?
2.)Can multiple levels of sponorship have separate Incrimental Fees?

1) Any decimal works, it's just a number, doesn't follow currency rules.
2) That's the purpose of multiple levels, type the fees separated by commas.
