When a new membership application states IP address unknown, what can that usually mean? ie cookies turned off or something.
Just that I have one now and am unsure whether to validate it. I don't want anonymous or suspicious members.

The proxy-resolving mechanism seems to be troublesome with odd visitors so I'm just going to disable it and go back to regular IPs.
