Not receiving e-mails

Hi
I can't currently log in to update my version of WSNLinks because I've requested a password reminder, but it wasn't sent. I've tried this 4 or 5 times, but nothing sent back. I also tried sending you a customer support message - but I don't know if it was received because no automated confirmation was sent back like it usually is.

This must mean your email provider is blocking or spambining all email from webmastersite.net. Please check your spam folder.
Replied further by email, which should hopefully have gotten through since I routed it through gmail's SMTP.
