I haven't seen it go down. Does it show an error?

There was a server transfer a few days ago so I suppose it's possible your ISP's DNS is occasionally confused still -- or chrome since chrome caches DNS. It should be resolving to 50.28.38.122.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It's not all the time, just sometimes, and your email bounces... Or at least it did on Monday.

I'll put up a message on the old server which should indicate if you're seeing it. Re-re-checked the domain DNS settings and they seem right.

I haven't, but the server may have had a ban for a long time. I've whitelisted the IP you used in the first post of this thread just in case.
