Urgent: Probelms with sponsorship in version 7

I have upgraded and install to version 7 and found a big problem...
Once sponsorship levels have been set up admin panel, it becomes impossible to add your paypal email, nochex email, 2 checkout or authorise.net details. You save the page and the details vanish.
Even more of a problem is that the sponsorship page itself (the page listing submitters go to to pay) produces a 500 internal error.
I can't reproduce any issue like that. I added a sponsor level of regular listing types, then changed all the paypal/nochex/2co details and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Will require inspection then I guess: http://www.wsnlinks.com/inspection.html

Fairly urgent I get this fixed.
