Message Text	Ok .. this may be a local configuration thing ? have upgraded to the latest - 5.1.21 rewriting is off ... no .htaccess file - running using localhost xampp on windows ... Here is the problem - when any listing is clicked on the result is a window pops up - " you have chosen to open index.php " - the resulting file has no content ... Rest of the site seems fine ... Any suggestions ... ??? Thanks ...
