Redirect from https:// registration |

I've modified the member signup page to accept visa payment, added the appropriate fields etc... everything is working great.
Now I know I can call the registration page from my webiste at this link: https://mysite.com/dir/register.php
A person can sign up and input their information.
However how do I redirect back from a https:// url to the regular http://?
The redirect page offers a space to add a link in there - can I just type in the whole url? http://mysite.com/dir/index.php? or could you point me in the right direction to work in?
