Emails not being set when I Hide a Link |

Hey everyone,
With the option of hiding a link I am guessing it sends an email to the owner of the link... at least in the language it shows under "Emails" it shows "Your link, {LINKTITLE} ({LINKURL}) has been suspended. No reciprocal link could be found on the page you specified ({LINKRECIPURL}) and so your site has been removed from the directory listings until a return link is placed. Please send a reply email whenever you've added a link to {MYURL}... at that time your site will be re-checked and restored to its previous position in the listings at {DIRURL}/index.php?action=displaycat&catid={LINKCATID}
So I am guessing an email should be dispatched when a link is hidden but no emails are being sent, at least no emails are making to me during a test run and when I change to no under Hide Link I still get no emails so how can I get this function to work... Its a really nice function if it will work for me so what do I need to do so emails will be sent out when I hide a link and when I unhide the link.
