New registration email to admin: WSN Support Forums

Message Text	Hello, I'm using 2.3.7 and have set registration to be moderated by admin. The new user received a confirmation email that they requested registration. My admin account however only receives a blank email. Which template is used to notify admin of a new registration? I need it to include the username and email when notifying the admin.
