incorrect characters in toplist: WSN Support Forums

Title	incorrect characters in toplist
Message Text	On the main page I have added {LINKDESCRIPTION[200]} to the toplist. However, when their is an apostrophe it shows a ? in a black triangle. It shows correctly in the listing and in the category, just not in the toplist. TIA Jill
