403 error on submit php adding link |

Hi
I've just moved my WSN Links to a new server - everything
went fine, except I have just noticed that I get a 403 error when I click on 'Submit' button on the add a link page (submit.php). I suspect this might be a permissions problem, but I can't identify what permissions on what files might be required to make the form submit properly. Permissions on the Submit.php file are 644.
I would be grateful for any help to solve this problem - I'd wondered why no-one had submitted anything for a while!
Just to be sure I have now updated wsn to version 5.1.57
