Title	Multiple Subscribe, or Subscribe to All?
Message Text	There is a link to clear all subscriptions at once in the profile pages. Is there a way to subscribe to multiple categories in a single link or form? Maybe a "subscribe to all categories" link? Or say a checkbox form, or a dropdown & select form, to subscribe to multiples at once?
