I did the php email test you recommened in another thread. It sent me the email so php email is working. It's just not sending the new user emails verifications or the delete emails when an image is deleted and the links in the emails no longer work when someone uploads an email and you get notification.

Emails are no longer sending in html format. Actually they are html, they just don't have any of the link code in them.
