You recently added the ability to add an avatar during registration.
I have discovered though that is you have avatar upload on the form and you don't add an avatar, an error is produced and a message saying...
The avatar you were trying to upload did not work. Check that the extension of the file is allowed (allowed types are gif,jpg,jpeg,png) and that the file is not too large
There needs to be the ability to add an avatar on registration, but it should not be compulsary.

I see whenever the avatar file field is in the form it gives the error. Fixed.
