I have modified the admin-bulkcategories.tpl to include a new field

<input type="text" name="breedprofile[{CATID}]" value="{CATBREEDPROFILE}" size="25">

I edit that field and save changes, it tells me the category has been updated but it hasn't. I have tried checking and unchecking the box, neither work.

Bulk editing only accepts the standard fields, new fields would have to be added via PHP alteration.
