The Weekly digest works and I received that fine - it was sent using the language LANG_EMAIL_DIGESTLINKBODY, while the daily one appears to now use LANG_EMAIL_DIGESTBODY

I made a new account yesterday and chose weekly digest of all new links to make sure that was working and if so change everybody to that. Guess what - it's not! I duly got the supposed weekly digest yesterday. I got it again today and it included exactly the same links as I received yesterday.

I'm going to rewrite the whole digests system with new tables for 5.1, and might be able to backport to 5.0.

The rewrite is simpler, so hopefully less prone to bugs... we'll see.
