I'm getting: Fatal error: Call to undefined function fieldencode() in /home/inpanama/domains/inpanamacity.com/public_html/classes/ generic.php on line 85

after upgrading to 5.0.19 today.

Sounds like you somehow don't have the current version of includes/commonfuncs.php. Delete and reupload.
