First attached image to replace thumbshots

On the Listings Page:
We allow users to upload 5 images. We would like the first uploaded image to replace the thumbshots image. If there is no image then a default image is shown.
On the Details Page:
We would like the first default image to show at the top of the details page. The image size will be larger than the current thumbnail sizes used to display the images.
Then we would like all the images/files to show at the bottom of the page as in the default template. The size is the current thumbnail size.

For the former, <IF {LINKNUMIMAGES}><img src="{LINKTHUMBURL}" border="0" alt="" /><ELSE><img src="your default image url here" /></IF>
For the latter, replace {LINKTHUMBURL} with {LINKTHUMBURL[250 <,> 200]} where 250 and 200 are your desired width and height.
