How do I change the LINK that WSN checks for a recip link or the URL its telling new submitions to use. As of now its telling everyone http://www.domain.com/link/ is where they have to link TO and in the email its saying it can't find a link back to /links/ also. I dont want them recip to /links/ I want them linking to the top level of the domain. Also will this break the WSN recep checker ?

Thanks
Dave

It checks for:
1) Your website URL as input at Admin -> Settings -> System.
2) Your links directory URL as input at Admin -> Settings -> System.
3) Any additional URLs you enter at Admin -> Settings -> Links.
4) The value in the reciprocated with field for the link if applicable.

Presuming 4.1.22 since you didn't specify a version.

Ok one last question since you seem to be here Paul and I dont really wish to open a new thread. I did a clean install of WNS and the HOME page top left box has the option to

Submit Link
Submit Catagory
Submit Feed.

My UPGRADED WSN syll 4.1.22 doen't have the option to "Submit Link" on the HOME page just the when in a catagory does it show. How do I get it back on the HOME page also ?

See http://www.stoprust.net/links/

The submit link option only shows when the usergroup you're logged in as has permission to submit, so check the permissions at Admin -> Members -> Manage Usergroups.

I see the option at the site you've linked, though.
