This decides wether the number of comments will displayed bold or not, depending if I have read the comments.
how does WSN determine {LINKCOMMENTSREAD} ? I could not reproduce a case where the number was displayed non-bold (only when the number was 0). Neither did work: logged in nor as guest..
It's based on the commentsread cookie. It was disabled at some point in the past because the cookie seemed to be causing a problem for Opera. Will look into it again.
