Password recovery is not sending the email with the new password when asked by guests.

I have noticed that if I enter as member this feature works asking for a new password for any member and sending the email.

Just testing a 4.1.66 install (the WSN Links customer downloads area), the email comes fine.

Paul,

I do not know why this can be possible, but I have noticed the following:

Members that have selected weekly digest notifications are not receiving the email.
Members that have selected daily digest notifications are not receiving the email.
Members that have selected instant notifications are receiving the email.

I have my full directory selected to weekly notifications so nobody is receiving the new password email.

Can you please check changing the notification method of your member and see if he receives the email ?

Paul,

Maybe it's an integration issue?
I have members table integrated from another install maybe this is the difference from your testing.

But I don't know how it can be possible.

Upgraded boths installs to 4.1.67 and sent once, listed on the emails log, but no any more, tested with different member emails. Mybe I should try moving members table to this install.

Is it possible you test with an integrated install ?

I see, that form doesn't use filled=1 so the result page gets cached. Fixed. Applies also to resending activation link.
