Whenever I request a new password I get an email like this: "Your username is ." Of course my username is actually Admin. Anyway, the new password never works.
Anyway, as you can imagine, it is critical that I be able to login to my directory to approve links and what not. Someone please help me reset my Admin password so that I can use my directory.
What message does it give when it "never works"? Is it a cookie problem? Does your username show up in phpmyadmin, is your account validated? Anyhow follow the instructions in the manual article when you can't login to the admin panel.
