Been playing with this most of the day and thought someone here might be able to help.
I want my sponsored listings to appear in the top of each category regardless of what category they are assigned to. In other words I want my sponsored listings to rotate though out the entire site in all categories. These would then be followed by my recp links and finally normal links for that category as normal.

Looks like alias will do the trick....

You can do a toplist where type='sponsored', sounds much more practical than aliasing to me if it's really every category.
