Description:
The items in a category that you aren't allowed to view are not visible in a toplist, which is correct. However they are substracted from the total amount of items shown. Meaning that if I have a toplist which normally shows 10 items, I only see 7 items if there are 3 hidden items in it. In my particular example the other 3 show as 'broken' items because of the missing link information.

To reproduce:

Step 1:
I make a category and add 15 items to it (in my case it already existed )

Step 2:
I edit the category and remove the permission for guests to view it. (I set the first combobox of the category usergroup permissions option to "No")

Step 3:
I edit a few items in the category, saving the changes I make (so that they are "last updated" in my directory)

Step 4:
I log out so that I am now a "Guest" user (the one that can't view the category)

Step 5:
I look at a page with the following toplist on it:

links,lastedit,10,descending,

Strangely enough this only seems to occur if the majority of the bottom-part of the toplist is not present. In example if 5-10 are not accessible.

I PM'ed you an example of a live site on which this is occurring.

Fixed for WSN Forum, will be a mess to port back into WSN Links though.

It will be in 3.14. That's what makes it a mess (it'd be easy if I could just use all of WSN Forum's files like 3.20 will).
