spam being sent

Title spam being sent
Message Text I am getting returned emails to my host. They appear to have been generated through the send to a friend on this site, as they have the following content...
(crude name here) wanted to share the following link with you: http://freewebbargains.com (list of crude links not on freewebbargains.com)
They have the subject "Check this page out!" but this doesn't appear in my language. The email it states it is from and to are the same and appear to be just random letters .com I have it set that guests can't email. Any ideas on how to prevent these?
